Wear your diving clothes under the clothes you wear to the event; then you don’t have to change into it just to change right back out of it!

Wear river shoes. Certain places are slippery.

Frequently Asked Questions

image1590

Will this event be Covid safe?

We are looking at changing the location down the Paluxy River towards a more open area in order to spread people out.  Social distancing is required.

How deep is the Blue Hole?

The Blue hole slopes off from ankle deep to up to 20 ft deep in certain areas.  One side has a nice sloping beach type area and other sides have steep drop offs.

When does the Dino Dive start?

January 1st, 2:00 p.m. Meet us at the Blue Hole

Do I have to dive in?

No.  We suggest just jumping in feet first for safety reasons.  Some people just go in ankle deep others get a running start and go all in!

Do I have to wear a costume?

No. Costumes are just for fun.

Are there dinosaurs in the Blue Hole?

We have not seen any lately.  Or at-least not for the last 113 million years.  But..
