When planning your next trip to Dinosaur Valley State Park make sure you pack your swimsuit. At the park, you are allowed to swim anywhere on the river unless otherwise stated or roped off. The most popular swimming area can be found at the Blue Hole. This is an old-time swimming hole that offers a depth of 20' and provides swimmers with clear water. Dinosaur tracks of Theropods can also be found in this area. Another popular area to swim would be at the main track site. This area is not nearly as deep as the Blue Hole, which allows children of all ages an opportunity to enjoy the water.
